  1. Since this is to be a very practical and hands-on book – I would like to see more examples, ie of a story that did not converge with a clear acceptance criteria. And graphics – ie sample charts are always great for visualizers like me…

    This book is not intended to be a cookbook. It is intended to give you advice and new ideas to consider. It is presumed that you will discuss these issues with others and use the book as guidance and not dogma. So, expect incompleteness and ambiguity – thinking about what is missing is what will make you strong. That being said, Doug and I are trying to add enough examples to make it chewy…
