  1. Quite a good read. We’ve started implementing some Kanban principals to our sprints lately, and results have been mixed. It’s helped me to identify the bottleneck though. I really like the idea of Kanban, but it just isn’t always suitable.

  2. Yes, it requires even more discipline and really requires the team to bring this discipline. The Scrum Framework gives you something to lean on and for lots of coordinating activities around the periphery of the team the framework is indespensible.
