Role and Responsibilities

Role: To photograph images of articles that will be uploaded in the PDP page. This is an on contract role.


  • Setting up studio lighting & background as per brand guidelines
  • Shooting & selecting images for prescribed angles

Space 5 is looking for a professional Director of Photography. Space 5 is among India’s top 25 Architects. We are the highest-rated architecture firm in the Punjab state.. As a DOP your duties will be editing photos and videos after shooting the events and functions organized by the company. supervising the camera crew and other technicians. Your knowledge of different camera techniques and technical expertise will give you an upper hand. You will also be determining the lighting and other requirements on set. In addition, you will be editing the pictures and finalizing the filters to be used.


  • Ensuring proper lighting requirements on the set
  • Developing and editing the visual style of the films/Videos
  • Deciding and controlling camera angles and frames
  • Instructing and supervising the camera crew and technicians on set
  • Directing the camera movement to capture shots
  • Checking for natural lighting on set and using artificial lighting when necessary
  • Coordinating with the Electrician to ensure proper electricity connectivity on set
  • Deciding on different shooting elements like camera distance, filters, and shutter angles
  • Checking the camera setting before beginning the shoot
  • Coordinating the entire team members from other departments


  • Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Filming, Cinematography, or a related field
  • Previous work experience in the Media industry as a Photographer, Photo Editor, or similar position
  • Familiarity with photography and shooting equipment like Camera Tripod and Prime Lens
  • Knowledge of film and photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Finalcut Pro, Luminar, and Corel PaintShop Pro 2020
  • up-to-date with the latest developments in the media industry and photography/filming techniques
  • Highly creative and motivated individual

  • Knowledge of DSLR and natural lighting, indoor, studio lighting techniques
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Adobe Sketch, Sketchbook, or similar programs
  • Comfortable with videography and production with knowledge of Final Cut Pro X,
  • Preferred Knowledge in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Da Vinci Resolve.
