Marketing Specialist And Technical Support Jobs

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for coordination of marketing activities and promotional events with the various departments of the Hospital and its partners.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepares appropriate Arabic and English press releases for the coverage of NMH’s events and news
  • Maintains appropriate and consistent relationships with corporate partners and medical organizations in Kuwait for the promotional support .
  • Plans and arranges the visits of the physicians for the rotation program in coordination with the HR department, and follows up all promotions related to the program
  • Monitors newspapers and magazines as assigned with respect to competitor’s advertisements, healthcare events and news pertaining to healthcare innovations and prepares periodic reports of such monitoring activities, when required.
  • Gathers data on competitors and analyzes their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution
  • Prepares written evaluations of the strengths and weaknesses of private clinics and prepares comparisons with NMH
  • Ensures distribution of newspapers and magazines inside the Hospital, including waiting areas
  • Maintains appropriate records, reports and files on the marketing efforts by the Hospital.

Exhibitions/Events

  • Liaises with media/advertising agencies, photographers, etc. for media-based advertising and promotional campaigns
  • Coordinates the preparations and arrangement of Hospital promotional functions such as symposia, exhibits and conference, etc.
  • Participates in the preparation of lectures and seminars for the Hospital and clinic staff.
  • Provides all the Below The Line materials related to the Hospital and place it in appropriate locations

General Duties

  • Enhances professional growth, training and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, in service meetings and workshops
  • Attends meetings as required.
  • Performs such other duties as may be assigned by the Marketing Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education :

Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline

Experience :

Preferably 5 years’ experience in the field of Marketing, including Advertising, Sales and/or Public Relations; Healthcare experience is desired

The Role:

Provide efficient, quality service and assistance to Business Account subscribers.

Key Accountabilities and Activities:

  • Single point of contact for channels to resolve issues related to product and services.
  • Guide Business Customers through technical difficulties related to data services, complex device settings maintaining a helpful and customer-friendly approach to ensure high standard of service delivery
  • Responsible to do service audits to ensure accuracy of provisioning, subscription charging and penalty charges and liaise with channels to correct issues and improve quality of order fulfilment
  • Resolve all escalated customer issues / exceptional cases / complex issues in co-ordination with other departments, as necessary, in a timely manner to increase sales and improve customer experience
  • Responsible to close all trouble tickets as per SLA
  • Provide training for all channels’ staff on process and systems.
  • Responsible to manage calculation and securing approvals for waivers related to all channels
  • Responsible for managing My net customer refund issues like return of devices, and co-ordinate with technology/product for reducing the refunds by improving sales quality.
  • Develop and maintain promotion related documentation including appendices in consultation with marketing
  • Provide activation support using parallel activation systems to ensure business continuityResponsible for end to end management of Message Manager including system configuration, billing for services and post-sales support
  • Subject matter expert and responsible for raising, collating and prioritizing all business related change requests
  • Responsible for business testing of products, promotions and changes in RAS
  • Responsible for development of training materials and provide training for all channel staff on products, promotions and changes in RAS
  • Responsible for configuration of new channels, staff, roles &responsibilities, store locations in RAS, NMS and related systems in co-ordination with other departments
  • Responsible to close the RAS related TTs raised as per SLAContribute to the motivation of junior staff, providing day to day assistance where necessary.
  • The senior will execute many of the same activities as the junior and mid-level, but in addition, will typically work on more complex, larger and higher importance/impact projects. The senior will also typically be expected to deliver highly optimal results as a product of broader and deeper experience. Perform daily audit on customer activations including promotions and its reconciliations and service activation audits in Siebel. This is apart from daily promo disconnection and reconciliations in Siebel.
  • Regularly audit after sales activities like deactivation without collection of necessary penalties, wrong deactivation, wrong assigning of the promotional packages etc. for all sales channels from back end with necessary approvals.Proactively take responsibility for self improvement by staying well-informed of developments, knowledge and innovations in relevant field of expertise.
  • Other duties as directed by supervisor or other superiors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in business or science + Diploma in IT or a related discipline from a recognised tertiary institution

Other Information:

  • Good general knowledge of telecommunications products and services.
  • Good command of using operational systems like BSCS, Info cell, Oracle and SQL.
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Good communication, planning and organisational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

Clinical Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for clinical and sales goals of all Masimo products in assigned territory, including achieved assigned quotas for sales and contracts and growing the installed based inside the assigned territory in Kuwait – Middle East .
  • Engage in selling of accounts including qualification, demonstration, clinical evaluation and closure through planning, executing, and directing overall focus accounts, including development of account strategies, implementation of strategies, and coordination of resources necessary to optimize strategies with the Area Business Manager and/or Country Manager.
  • Be seen as an expert in pulse oximetry and pulse CO-Oximetry as well as an authority on the clinical impact of various patient monitoring solutions, such as brain function monitoring and regional oximetry, as well as capnography.
  • Position Masimo SET as the new standard for pulse oximetry, position Masimo Rainbow as the ‘’only choice’’ for pulse Co-Oximetry, position the ROOT innovation platform and all related parameters and solutions as an essential bedside solution in the OR, ICU and throughout the hospital
  • Partner with appropriate OEM sales staffs in providing key clinical education and support for key account whole-house conversions
  • Convince customers using Multiparemetric Monitors to upgrade/convert their installed base from non Masimo SpO2 technology to Masimo, while securing long term contracts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical bodies in the territory (eg. Anesthesia, ICU, Neonatology and ER) to ensure, in coordination with Marketing, that Masimo’s technologies are present in the academic programs of all major congresses and symposiums and in local protocols.
  • Participate in programs to build and maintain end-user awareness (e.g., trade show, regional symposium, competitive analysis, advertising, etc.),
  • Provide sales and marketing input to Region and Distribution Manager, including clinical market trends, competitive activity, product design needs, regulatory, and production requirements.
  • Participate in administrative, tender and clinical education efforts for Group Purchasing and Ministry initiatives as well as for all public, private, hospital and non-hospital opportunities
  • Utilize Salesforce.com for documentation of all field and customer interaction and activity
  • Exceed goals within the expense budgets for all required activities

Education, Experience and Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree as Medical Doctor, Registered Nurse or Respiratory Therapist or Doctor or other medical/clinical discipline. Diploma degrees are accepted if complemented by extraordinary qualifications (such as personality, experience, past achievements).
  • 2 – 3 years direct critical care, NICU, PICU, O.R. and emergency medical systems (EMS) experience (Neo-natal and Pediatrics highly advantageous)
  • Proven sales track record, with 5 or more years of medical devices sales and clinical experience with Patient Monitoring systems is highly advantageous
  • The ability to communicate value based solutions, including when educating/training in competitive, strategy-intensive markets within hospital and/or other healthcare markets.
  • Demonstrated conceptual, analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • English verbal and written fluent communication skills (required) with superior communication skills including an exceptional ability to lead group presentations
  • Results oriented with a positive “can do” attitude and a sense of urgency to get things done.
  • Experience working with OEM and distributors sales forces.
  • Experience calling on C level customers
  • Comfortable in high visibility situations and exhibits strong self-confidence

More About the Role:

  • As an IT Specialist you will provide support necessary to implement, integrate, maintain or modify Non-Secure Internet Protocol (IP) Router Network (NIPRNet), (Unclassified), Secret Internet Protocol (IP) Router Network (SIPRNet), and /or Coalition Combined Enterprise Regional Information Exchange (CENTRIX) System (CENTRIXS) end-user equipment, servers, and Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) hardware;
  • will perform system administration, network administration, database administration, and Information Assurance technical functions for accomplishing work processes involving Information Technology (IT) systems, such as desktops, notebooks, printers, servers, switches and routers, in both a fixed and mobile operating environment.

Additional responsibilities include, performing work necessary to document, test, implement, integrate, maintain, or modify IT systems, and install, operate, and maintain information assurance tools and systems to include use of scans and software automated tools. You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum five (5) years of related work experience; however, for this specific role the following is required:

  • Four years of System Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Hardware/Software support, Customer Support, and interaction with vendors;
  • CompTIA A+ or CompTIA Network+;
  • CompTIA Security+; and
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP or higher).


These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Four Bachelor’s (or higher) degree (in any field of study), with at least 24 semester hours in accounting, law, business, finance, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management;
