My client is looking for an accurate candidate to support a large project. Your role will be primarily data entry for a confidential organization. This is a part-time role, two days per week. In office Wednesdays and flexibility on the second working day between Mon – Thurs. The office is based in Victoria and your core hours will be 09:00 – 5:00 with flexibility on these.

You will be responsible for typing information on the database from spreadsheets and word documents. Alongside basic internet research.

Day-to-day duties

Type in data provided directly from emails
Transfer data from CRM
Perform regular backups
Sort and organize files
General ad-hoc administration

You will be the type of person who has a strong eye for detail and enjoys the back office style of work. You will be able to work efficiently independently to get the job done in a good time frame.


At least six months of experience in a similar role
Fast typing skills
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
Strong basic internet research skills to quickly find missing information
Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
Basic understanding of databases
Great attention to detail

Temporarily remote Data Entry Job with Polish

We are looking for an engaged individual to excel in an office environment and contribute to our long term success.

As an Operations Executive – Polish, you will be working with our Global New Products Database (GNPD), which is a comprehensive database that monitors new product launches in consumer goods markets such as Food & Drink, Pet Care & Household.

The successful candidate’s core task will involve performing data entry, being responsible for translating and inputting product information from Polish consumer products onto the database in English. This will include information such as ingredients, product claims and writing a short product description.

Temporary contract Data Entry Job

Do you have excellent Data Entry skills and have experience using Salesforce?

If so we have a six week temporary assignment that can be fully remote or hybrid working, with offices based in Salford Quays, Manchester.


Accuracy and attention to detail are critical components to this role.

If you have experience within a manufacturing sales admin environment, then this would be an added advantage.

As this can be a remote or hybrid role, it is really important that you are self-motivated, organised and able to work at a reasonable pace without making mistakes.

This is initially a six-week assignment that could last longer but cannot be guaranteed at this point.

Your role is to provide data entry support to the sales function so that they can forecast accurately for renewals.

We are looking for
